1. Leasing staff - Deardra Rikki
Overall, the staff is top-notch.
Deardra helped us with the initial tour and recommended the unit with best view. She also helped us with pre-move-in formalities. She is very professional and knowledgeable.
After we moved in, Rikki has been consistently helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable whenever we needed assistance.
Together, they made the entire experience smooth and welcoming.
2. Views
A great mix - nature views by day, and at night, a lively skyline with skyscrapers and the Benz Stadium.
3. Maintainence
Very responsive and typically resolves issues the same day or by the next day.
4. Good Neighbors
A positive community overall residents are respectful, responsible, and kind toward others.
5. Newly constructed community
If you’re planning to move in soon, you may find units that have not been previously occupied.
6. Gym
Overall good, featuring machines from Matrix Fitness, the same brand commonly used by gyms like Planet Fitness.

|Recommended: YesExceptional Service, Safety, and Professionalism — I’ve been living here for two months now, and the most important factors for me are always staff behavior and responsibility. I’m truly happy with the Modera team. I previously lived at another Modera property, and the reason I chose to move here was because of the trust I have in this team.
At night, there is always a police car in the parking area, which adds an extra sense of safety and peace of mind. It genuinely makes me feel secure.
I would especially like to recognize Deardra. She has been incredibly supportive throughout my leasing process, move-in, and with all my requests during these past two months. Recently, I had an issue with the trash valet service. I submitted a request, and she resolved it within just a couple of hours. She even personally called me to make sure everything was handled properly.
I highly recommend this community to anyone who prioritizes service, safety, and cleanliness in their living environment.
