Application Process

To make one of these residences yours, you’ll need to meet specific eligibility guidelines. The list below outlines key details that may be required to complete your application.

1. Review Eligibility & Connect

Qualified applicants must have a household income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent and no more than 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Please contact the leasing office to start your application and receive full program details.

2. Submit Application & Fees

Complete your application and submit the required fees: $95 application fee (per applicant) and $300 administrative fee.

3. Provide Required Documentation

Examples of income documentation include:

  • Government-issued ID for all household members 18 years of age and older
  • Up to eight (8) weeks of consecutive paycheck stubs or proof of retirement or benefit income
  • The most recent six (6) months of checking account statements
  • The most recent one (1) month of savings account statements

Helpful Tip: Additional documentation may be required based on your specific situation. Applications are screened through ApproveShield and Preferred Compliance, and approval may take up to 30 days.
